Julien used to be a sommelier at Bernard Loiseau in Burgundy. He picked a large selection of wines.
He works for many years with small wineries allowing him to have access to special cru and different vintages. Some of our wines are ageing in our cellar waiting to be at their best to be on the list.
The restaurant is accessible to our disabled guests.
